Current partner of the law firm Peixoto & Cury, Gisela’s major practice areas are Labor, Investigations and Executive Compensation.
She represents both national and multinational companies operating in the industries of service, manufacturing and trade in labor litigation and consulting cases. She works with administrative and judicial proceedings, executive compensation plans, collective bargaining, and audits to assess adherence to labor laws and compliance rules. Her ESG & Impact involves labor and social aspects, particularly demands from companies to adapt internal processes to ESG factors.
She was recognized by the Chambers and Partners, Legal 500 and Análise Editorial as one of the main labor lawyers in Brazil.
