Social Responsility
The firm is conscious about the transformative role it can play in society through its practice. In this sense, the firm has established an association with Instituto Ayrton Senna, a non-profit organization internationally recognized for the work performed in improving the quality of the education provided by the public schools throughout Brazil. In addition, the firm, frequently, acts together with numerous non-profit organizations orienting deprived youths and lecturing on different topics such as civility, ethics, professional development and social inclusion. The firm also assists physically handicapped persons to have access to the job market and was one of the first law firms in Brazil to have physically handicapped persons among its working crew. It is the purpose of the firm to positively contribute to the development of deprived youths and persons excluded from the job market in order to contribute to a better and fairer society
