Welcome to the page of LAWGICO®, the legal newsletter created by Peixoto e Cury.
Our legal bulletin may be read online here in our site or in printed form, when it is sent to the legal community and to our clients. The bimonthly bulletin Lawgico® resulted from a mature work born from the need of our firm to be always in the vanguard of the events and share the most impacting matters with legal colleagues and our clients. Here you will find the most relevant matters regarding the Brazilian legislation, the main changes in the normative rules, including all legal areas of our country, whether they are local, state or federal.
The most polemic issues, such as e-commerce taxation, constitutionality of the rules regulating rights and obligations or alterations in the corporate legislation may be found here in our page.
We have also created a specific monthly Bulletin, LawgicoTax, which deals with tax issues. There, you can find much information on the tax legislation and follow up thesis developed by Peixoto e Cury Advogados, important decisions of our courts and other relevant matters.
